If you are considering buying your next vehicle from Select Suzuki, please read this... I began buying vehicles from John Bevington several years ago. I did not really know him then, and I went into the process the same "somebody's gonna win, somebodys gonna lose" attitude that a lot of people have when they go to buy a car. I found out quickly that was not necessary. What I found and continue to find several years and vehicles later is that buying cars from Select us just an extension of my friendship with John. He offers me a fair price, great value, and my personal experience has been that John's word is his bond. I can only speak from a personal perspective, but I will tell you that I have every reason to believe that my next car shopping adventure will likely begin and end at Select Suzuki and with a handshake from John Bevington.

During a recent trip out of state I totalled my 95 Chevy Blazer, and was suddenly thrust into the market for a vehicle. I admit to being one of the many people who went to every dealership in town, a few in Lexington, and even Louisville. I know the Bevingtons: Larry, Sue, John, Dan, Rachelle, and the rest of the Select Suzuki staff both as a customer (purchased a 97 Saturn eons ago) and as an employee (I sold for them for a time). So when I had to buy a vehicle I knew where I had to go. As a customer I know how polite, hassle-free, and friendly they treat their customers. As a former employee, I know first hand how every day their integrity, honesty, and hard work factors into their operation. After many frustrations and difficulties with salesmen and dealers, the solution was surprisingly close by. I called John and let him know what I was looking for (05 Toyota Prius) and the search began. In two weeks Larry found exactly what I was looking for in practically new condition (12,000 miles and flawless body and interior). If you're looking for vehicles with dents, scratches, smokey-smelling interiors, high miles, and engine problems, then don't shop here. If your looking for cars that are practically new, low mileage, perfect interiors, and will last you for quite some time, then Select is the place to go. Look no further than Select Suzuki for a great buying experience and excellent service on your vehicle.

I recently had some warranty work done on my 2006 Forenza wagon. Not only was the work done quickly and as promised, but they washed my car while they had it in the shop! It looks new again! My husband and I purchased a vehicle from Select in February, and had a wonderful experience, and we appreciate the friendliness and helpfulness we encountered during that time. What stands out to me most, however, is the continued helpfulness and same friendly attitude we see each and every time we have been to the service department. Kendall, Rachelle, and any other employee that I have come in contact will any time I have called or been in the service department always go above and beyond to explain things well and treat me with nothing but kindness and respect. In addition, I previously had a question about an extended warrenty we had purchased when we purchased the car, but had not received paperwork on. The lady I talked to in the sales department--I wish I knew her name--was so friendly and helpful, getting the answer I needed and ordering new paper work for me that evening. I told her there was no rush, but she insisted she wanted to take care of it for me immediatly if possible. It is a joy to do business with people such as those I have come in contact with at Select.

For several years now I've taken my car to Select to be serviced, you guys are absolutely the best in town! I recently bought a new car from Select and the experience was easier than I ever could have imagined. John Bevington was wonderful to work with! After having my car 2 weeks to the day, I went outside to head to work and my battery was dead. Select offers a 30 day, 1000 mile warranty on all used cars and so I called the service department to see what I should do. The service department informed me that the service manager was out of town and so I asked to speak to the salesperson who sold me my car. Instead of getting the salesperson, I got Larry Bevington, the Owner. I felt awful bothering him with my problem but he told me not to worry, they'd be right out. I expected a service guy to come and jump the car, but to my surprise, Larry Bevington, the owner himself came! They jumped my car, took it back to the shop with them, took me to work and then delivered the car back to my office. It's not every day that you get service like that - You definitely won't find another dealership that will give you the service quality like the owner coming to your house to jump a dead battery. This was my first experience in buying a car and I felt like I was treated like family. It's instances like this that give Mr Bevington and Select the name that they carry in Frankfort. Honest, dependable and trustworthy - a place that I want to do business with.

I was in the market for a car not too long ago and happened upon one at Select Suzuki - low miles, tip top condition, and great price. One problem was that I live in Columbus, OH and the dealership is in KY. Despite this I looked into the car. I ventured on the website and emailed Dan to inquire about the great price on the car. He responded very quickly. I was informed that the sale had lapsed, but they would hold the price for me if I were to head down. The friendliness, quick responses, and willingess to help in providing answers to all of my questions made me make the trip. I ended up spending a Saturday driving down to KY. The car was exactly as it was presented on the internet and there were absolutely no hassles involved--I was certainly not let down. They had it cleaned and ready for me to take for a ride as soon as I arrived. I ended up purchasing the car and am still very happy. They even followed up with sending me an owners manual as there was not one with the car. I wish I lived closer so I could take my new car to be serviced there! Select Suzuki provides exemplary customer service and stands behind their vehicles. I would not think twice about heading down there when I look to purchase again! Thanks for everything!!!

Recently we purchased a third vehicle from Select Auto. Although it has been sometime since our first purchase when Select was a new business in the Frankfort community, they have grown substantially and added a larger selection of vehicles for sales as well as an excellent service department. With the growth of this Frankfort business, I found it so admirable that the same standards they embraced in the beginning exist today, and that is the outstanding customer service.

Larry, Sue, and John and Dan Bevington have developed Select Auto Sales and Service into a business that the community can be proud of. They are so friendly and helpful, as well as knowledgeable about vehicles. Larry personally selects the vehicles that will be sold through their business, and importantly, stands behind them.
